Term & Condition

  • Age Requirement:The primary driver must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license for at least 2 years prior to the rental date.
  • Insurance:All rentals include basic insurance coverage. The renter is responsible for any additional charges resulting from damage not covered by insurance, as well as any deductible applicable.
  • Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be returned upon safe return of the vehicle, provided no damage or policy violations occur.
  • Mileage Limit:Rentals come with a daily mileage limit. Excess mileage will be charged at a specified rate per mile/km.
  • Fuel Policy:Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If not returned full, a refueling fee will apply.
  • Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, towing, racing, or carrying more passengers than the vehicle's seating capacity.
  • Maintenance and Repairs:Routine maintenance issues are the responsibility of Chacha Car Rental. Any repair costs due to driver negligence or misuse will be charged to the renter.
  • Late Return:Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns will incur additional hourly charges, and more than a 3-hour delay may result in a full day's charge.
  • Traffic Violations: The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Chacha Car Rental reserves the right to charge these to the renter’s account.
  • Cancellation Policy:Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.

These terms and conditions help ensure a smooth and responsible rental experience for both the company and the renter.
